Under Job Board > Employer Profiles you can manage all employers registered on your website. Employer Profile page includes a complete list of your employers, both imported and self-registered. Company name, email, location, registration date, status and actions buttons are included in the list as well.

Sorting Employer Profiles

By default, the employer profiles list will be sorted by Registration Date. If you pay attention, you may notice that next to the Registration Date there is a small arrow. This arrow means, that registration date column sorts your current employer profiles list in an ascending order (the newly registered employers display on the top).

Click this arrow and your employer profiles will be sorted in a descending order (the latest employer profile will be displayed on the top).

Add Product can now assign a single product to multiple employers at once. Select specific (or all) employers, click '+ Add Product', and choose which product to apply to the selected Employers.

Filtering Employer Profiles

If you need to find a specific employer quickly, use the filter tool at the top of the employer profiles list.

Simply click Filter Employers and in the filter box, choose whether you want to filter employer profiles by company name, email, product purchased, status and click Filter

The filter tool will return all matching results.

Adding a new employer

Job site owners can create employers profiles through their admin interface. To do so, navigate to Job Board > Employers Profiles and click Add New Employer and fill out employer details form.

Once done, click Save

Login as Employer

Sometimes you might need to perform some actions as an employer. In Smartjobboard, you can easily log in as an employer and view his account. To get started, navigate to employer profiles list, select employer and in its details page you will see "Login" button. Click it and you will be automatically redirected to employer's "My Account" section.

Importing and exporting your employer profiles is also easily done. You can read more about it here.
