To customize your job board table, within the admin panel, navigate to Job Board, and choose from Job Postings, Employer Profiles, Resumes, Job Seeker Profiles, or Job Alerts.
Click on the icon that is highlighted in red:
and that will bring up a list columns you can insert, or remove from the current table.

Please note that there will be different options for columns based upon which section within the job board has been selected.
